Clothing: Uniforms, usually black or blue (sometimes khaki) (gang colors), adorned with patches or badges.
Armaments: Hand guns, shotguns, assault rifles, tear-gas rifles, billy clubs, shields, bullet-proof armor, helmets, pepper spray, helmets, face shields, etc.
Demeanor: Surly and hostile or aggressively friendly.
These 'gangs' are highly organized; should be considered armed and potentially dangerous and violent. Warn your friends and neighbors!
