Last Friday November 31, 2007, Rey was sworn in as Albuquerque City Counselor for District 6 by Robby Rodriguez of....A moment documenting change in our city.
Rey's message was "we the people" not "we the corporations."
Congratulations to Rey and Ilsa; Tomas and Joaquin and all of Rey's supporters.
This is a community victory.
