The right to assemble is guaranteed to all, that is correct. But there is no guaranteed right to anyone to be granted legal immigration status without the express permission of the US Government. If you're here illegally you should be sent back. It's unfair to those who came to this great country legally, who filled out forms, paid fees, were interviewed, photographed, fingerprinted to get legal status. The right to be here begins with following the law, not just laws you approve of, but all laws. If you can't understand that, you should live elsewhere. Period.
